The 30 Day Challenge is Back!

To support Stress Awareness Week, we invite you to join our 30 Day Challenge running throughout April.

It takes 30 days to turn actions into habits, which this is why this 30-day challenge is designed to help you follow along and maximise your chances of turning useful classes, knowledge and advice into positive behavioural change.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Invite your friends, family, neighbours and colleagues to take part!
  2. Download the free 30 day challenge calendar to help plan your month in advance, and add daily classes to your calendar to help you stay on track
  3. Practice one class daily from our library of content
    • It could be a live yoga class, an on-demand sound meditation, or a nutrition workshop; whatever helps your physical, mental or emotional wellbeing that day
  4. Share your progress
    • We love to hear from you! Keep us posted on instagram by using the hashtag #sadhana30daychallenge
