Yoga is a mind-body practice that combines physical poses, controlled breathing, and meditation or relaxation. Yoga helps to reduce stress, lower blood pressure and lower your heart rate. Bikram Hot Yoga
Feel it from head to toe – Bikram hot yoga systematically works your every muscle, tendon, joint, ligament, organ and gland.
Beginners Yoga
This class is especially designed for those entirely new to yoga, the perfect class to introduce you to yoga, come and join us! Open to all levels.
Vinyasa
‘Vinyasa’ means ‘placing with awareness’. In these open-level classes, you will synchronise breath with movement as you flow through the postures and transitions.
Vinyasa Dynamic
Vinyasa Dynamic is a fast-moving sequence with music, coordinating breath and movement to flow from one posture to the next.
Meditation
Meditation will allow you to become more present and centred in your life, helping you to discover greater peace and contentment.
Barre
Barre is a full body fun, upbeat and deceptively challenging work-out, with low impact it improves cardiovascular stamina.
Yin
Yin is a slow and more passive class designed to encourage flexibility in the hips and lower body.
Community Class
Taught by our Teacher Training graduates, giving them a chance to gain real experience with real life yogis!
Gong Bath
Bathe in the sounds of the gong and drift into a state of deep relaxation and meditation.
Ashtanga
Ashtanga Yoga is a flowing style of yoga developed in the 20th century. It involves synchronizing breath with progressive and continuous postures, which produces internal heat.
Jivamukti
Jivamukti classes integrate the physical, psychological, and spiritual aspects of yoga. Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced yogi the Jivamukti Open class welcomes you, as it is open to practitioners of all levels.
Mobility and Stretch
For most of us flexibility can feel like an unrealistic dream. Well it doesn’t have to be, good news is anyone can become flexible; it just takes patience, consistency and knowledge of safe stretching.

Warm Pilates
Expect to work your core muscles, increase upper body strength and build strength and stability in the lower body.
Sculpt
Sculpt is a high-energy flow class which incorporates yoga postures, free weights and cardio. Set to upbeat music, this is a fusion of yoga inspired movements.
HIIT
Hiit and stretch is a high-energy, strength and conditioning class, that works your body and stimulates your mind.
Tone, Stretch & Flow
This class focuses on strengthening, lengthening, and mobilising the whole body.
