Hot Pilates is a challenging, full body, low impact, high intensity workout, using Pilates principles. It is designed for all fitness levels and it is one of the fastest growing fitness classes in the US.
During the training you will learn how to teach a 60 minutes Kettlebell class. You will learn, signature moves, alignment, sequencing, and how to motivate effectively. There are no prerequisites for the training. It is designed for any one with an open mind, passion for fitness, and a strong desire to make a difference
On most of the dates the training will be from 8:00am until 5.30pm, some days might start earlier or end later, depending on class times. Schedule timing may be subject to changes.

Gabi started the Hot Pilates craze in Las Vegas in 2009 and has developed the Inferno Hot Pilates class for everyone to enjoy. Prepare to be inspired, to sweat, to work hard — and of course, to feel great.
Using Pilates principles, Hot Pilates class is a challenging, full body, low impact, high intensity workout. It is performed on a yoga mat in a room heated to 95 degrees and 40% humidity. Hot Pilates strengthens muscles and burns fat — all without the pounding of a high impact workout. It is designed for all fitness levels.
Since 2009, Hot Pilates classes have been popping up on schedules around the world. Existing Hot Yoga studios have been rapidly adding Hot Pilates to their schedules.
Inferno Hot Pilates is currently in over 150 hot yoga studios in the U.S. and over 75 studios internationally.
