I am an empathetic, results-driven Nutritional Therapist trained in the principles of Functional Medicine, a science-based approach that assesses the underlying causes behind the body’s symptoms. I am passionate about working on an individual level to support you with your health challenges.

I have witnessed first hand how small (but powerful) changes can add up to massive differences in the way you feel. In my nutrition practise I will work with you to help you find these little changes. No matter how daunting it may seem to take the first steps towards improving your health, we can find simple (and often fun) ways to get you into your groove.

Together we will look at your current nutrition and lifestyle choices and brainstorm ways in which we can optimise them to get the shifts in your health that you desire. Being a mum of three, I understand how challenging a good health plan can be with work, family and financial pressures in the mix.

I’ve been a regular yoga practitioner for many years, and it is the one thing that always gets me back to where I need to be. The movements, the breath work and the assurances from an amazing instructor are often the best things for rebalancing hormones and getting the nervous system back on track. I go to Sadhana for my yoga fix, and I look to nutrition for getting everything else I need to move through my daily challenges.
