Soothe & Sound Workshop

Join Eliza and Gemma on this 2 hour workshop, combining soulful yin yoga and sound healing for an ultimate night of R&R bliss.
The workshop will start with a deep, slow, delicious yin practice and yoga nidra, inviting you to let go of worry, anxiety or fear. By learning to move from your body and not your mind, you will start to unravel any mental, emotional and physical tension to feel a deep sense of release, connection and empowerment.
Once you have cultivated that stillness within, you will simmer even deeper by lying down and soaking up the healing sounds of the gong. Close your eyes and drift off to wherever the sound frequencies take you, and wake up feeling fully nourished and ready to take on the world! No previous yoga experience necessary, just come with an open mind, open heart, and warm socks!
