Sindy and Michael

PROGRAM SENIOR TEACHERS

Sindy and Michael have been teaching yoga for exactly the same amount of time because they first met on their very first teacher training. It was a Bikram Yoga training in 2009. They’ve both been teaching full time ever since, mainly in London, but they’ve also taught all around the world, in America, Canada, Thailand, Austria, Denmark, Czech Republic, Italy, Spain & Turkey.

They have also trained in dynamic vinyasa, a 500-hour certification with Stewart Gilchrist – another training they did together. Yoga has been something that has not only influenced, but improved their lives so much, they want to continue to share it with as many people as possible. And although they share their values, and have trained and learnt so much together, you’ll find that their classes are very different.
