Yoga & Movement Teacher Training Programmes
We offer a variety of Teacher Training programs in collaboration with our co-owned studios, Hot Yoga Brixton, Sadhana Yoga & Wellbeing, Hot Yoga Shoreditch, Bikram Yoga London, Hot Yoga Essex and The Yoga Quarter.
These immersive programs are between 20–200 hours each and are open to all interested persons, not only yoga teachers. The capsule training sessions mean you can gain insight, experience and accreditation in a specific area or areas and add to your personal journey or professional qualifications.
