Sculpt is a high energy flow class which incorporates yoga postures, free weights and cardio. Set to upbeat music, this is a fusion of yoga inspired movements with free weights (provided in class). Focusing on body alignment, this is for people who enjoy yoga and are looking for a full body strengthening workout in a fun group class. This class is sometimes taught in a warm room so be prepared to get a great workout and sweat. Open to all levels.
This class will build your strength and flexibility to assist you in your yoga practise. It burns maximum calories to facilitate fat burning, whilst sculpting and fine tuning your body in an a wellbeing environment. Balance strength, flexibility and mindfulness and build endurance for stronger yoga classes and multiple sports.
