What? Join our community class every Friday! The class style rotates monthly, and there is a different teacher each week, so keep an eye on our social media pages for updates (use the hashtag #FGF for any photos you have of these classes!)

When? Every Friday at Sadhana Clapham, 1.30pm – 2.30pm

How much? £5 drop in (£1 goes to our charity of choice).

Feel Good Saturday

What? We want you to feel good all weekend, so we’ve added a Feel Good Saturday class to our timetable! Taught by our Teacher Training graduates, giving them a chance to gain real experience with real life yogis! Come down and support our home grown talent as they embark on their journey into life as a yoga teacher. Open to all levels.

When? Every Saturday at Sadhana Clapham, 1.45pm – 2.45pm.

How much? £5 drop in (£1 goes to our charity of choice).

Meditation 5 pound class

Meditation

What? A series of guided meditations, exclusive to Sadhana Yoga and Wellbeing, that will gradually move you into a space of profound deep relaxation, inner peace, calm and better sleep.
Meditation has been proven to help calm the mind, body and soul.

When? Every Saturday at Sadhana Dalston, 3.45 – 4.15pm.

How much? £5 drop in, or free to those on a family package

Vinyasa Open Express

What? An express 45 minute class for you to squeeze into your day. This class is open to all levels, following a variety of teachers and sequences. You’ll move at your own pace, following the teachers guidance. Posture options will be given for beginner, intermediate and advanced students. These classes are creative and fun.

When? Every Monday at Sadhana Dalston, 12.15pm – 1pm.
