Paige is a fully qualified holistic osteopath who graduated with a first class Masters from the International College of Osteopathic medicine in 2017. She enjoys treating patients from all walks of life and has experience treating a wide range of musculoskeletal problems, with a specific interest in treating:

• TMJ (Jaw) dysfunction
• Headaches
• Neck & Back injuries (acute & Chronic)
• Sciatica
• Pregnancy pain
• Generalised postural tension & aches.

Paige adopts a warm, empathetic holistic approach to all of her patients and uses a variety of techniques including soft tissue massage, articulations, joint manipulations and stretching to help relieve pain and improve functioning.
The treatment is tailored to your individual needs and all lifestyle factors are discussed and addressed as part of the holistic view to ensure the functioning of the body, mind & soul are restored to their natural balance.
