Known for: Travelling the world to find inspiration, expand her mind and share her teachings! Ayse maintains a daily meditation practise, having completed a 10-day Vipassana course, and uses yoga to remember who she is, why she is here and what matters.
Ayse discovered yoga during University in 1998 and has been teaching Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga since 2007. She travels the world to join workshops and training with teachers like David Swenson, Richard Freeman, Bryan Kest, Tias Little, Peter Sterios, Godfrey Devereux, Natanaga Zhander, Shiva Rea, Edward Clark… and several other teachers from her home town Turkey and other places.
She fell in love with Bikram Yoga in 2008 after her very first class in Paris and decided to go to San Diego to become a Bikram Yoga teacher in 2010. Since then, she has taught in United States and all over Europe.
She has started to meditate in a very young age with her mother’s guidance and complete 10-day Vipassana course later in her life. She maintains a meditation and yoga asana practice which allows her to be aware of this present moment openly, kindly and without judging…. Also to remember who she is, why she is here and what matters. She teaches and practices mindfulness through the form of asana.”
