This class focuses on strengthening, lengthening, and mobilising the whole body.

It brings together synchronicity of breath and movement with conditioning exercises carefully selected from Laura’s background in somatic practises, vinyasa yoga and fitness.

Tone, stretch and flow will help you to find ease in your movement, deepen the awareness of your body and finally get stronger and leaner muscles.
