Vinyasa Foundations (Workshop Style)
with Beth Crivelli
Takes place in Dalston every Tuesday 5pm, and in Clapham every Wednesday 5pm.

A workshop style class run by Beth Crivelli, that will cover the basics of alignment, form and safety in Vinyasa. We will be looking as poses, transitions, as well as breath and mindful body movement. It will be a really relaxed and welcoming space where you will be able to ask questions and get individual advice.
The classes will run weekly on a rotational basis:
- Every 1st Week of the month – Breath and Sun salutations
- Every 2nd Week of the month – Standing poses
- Every 3rd Week of the month – Forward bends and back bends
- Every 4th Week of the month – Putting it all together
