Holistic therapies have had a place in my life for decades, as my go to for moments when I needed clarity, to be revitalised, balanced, regrounded and sometimes just to step away from the everyday for an hour or two.
When the opportunity presented itself for me to become a Reiki and Crystal Healing Practitioner the timing was perfectly aligned with a period in my life when everything was telling me that I was ready.

“Reiki goes where it needs to” is a saying that has remained with me from the beginning of my journey with the practice. I work intuitively with your energy flow, letting Reiki go where it needs to and do what it needs to in order to ensure your treatment is tailored to your specific needs and you walk away having had a relaxing mind, body and soul experience in a safe, welcoming space.
Every person will experience Reiki differently, but most recipients report feeling revitalised, balanced, calmer and more often than not have a great night’s sleep.
