Sadhana’s 30 Day Challenge: Tips for Recovery

This January, we’re challenging our students to take on the 30 day challengea commitment to practice yoga every day for 30 consecutive days!  A challenge like this can be life changing. Whatever your reason for taking it on, the commitment is a wonderful opportunity to connect back to you and help turn wounds into wisdom.
