Mobility and Stretch

For most of us flexibility can feel like an unrealistic dream. Well it doesn’t have to be, good news is anyone can become flexible; it just takes patience, consistency and knowledge of safe stretching.

The teacher will provide guidance to safe effective stretching techniques to help improve flexibility, prevent injuries, aches and pains, Increase blood flow and Mental clarity.

You will be taught how to work with trigger point release balls, foam rollers and many more release techniques.
