Beginners Yoga

This class is especially designed for those entirely new to yoga, you will learn the basics of breathing and the main poses often practiced in a yoga class. The pace of the class will be slightly slower than a usual yoga class, to give you time to understand the foundational elements of each pose and transitions. You will be introduced to the pose through step by step verbal cues as well as visual demonstrations.
