A series of guided meditations, exclusive to Sadhana Yoga and Wellbeing, that will gradually move you into a space of profound deep relaxation, inner peace, calm and better sleep.
Meditation has been proven to help calm the mind, body and soul.

When?

Every Saturday at Sadhana Dalston, 3.45 – 4.15pm
